Payment
The only payment accepted is CASH. No e-transfer.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, a new deposit will be required. Previous deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellation
No-shows or failure to notify will result in a ban from future bookings.
